What we collect, and why.
This notice covers the enrollment forms on finixel.ai. Last updated 27 October 2026.
Finixel AI Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Finixel AI", "we"), runs finixel.ai and decides how the details you give us are used. We follow the US state privacy laws that apply to you and, where they apply, the EU and UK GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect

We do not ask for personal ID numbers or bank details, and we do not sell your data.
Who sees your details
The Finixel AI team. Our website hosting and email providers store the details for us, and may do so outside your country. We share a supplier's profile with a buyer, or a buyer's need with a supplier, only after we have verified the enrollment, and only in the way you choose on the form.
Automatic pre-fill and the assistant
When we switch it on, the detailed profile can read your public website or the files you upload, and you can ask an assistant questions. The website text, your files and your questions are then sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes them for us. Under its business terms it does not use them to train its models. Suggestions are saved as part of your draft so you do not lose them, but they only become part of your profile when you accept them, and nothing is shared until you submit. Please do not upload drawings, personal ID documents or export-controlled data.
Stored in your browser
While you fill in a form, your answers are kept in your browser so you can come back to them. They are cleared when you send. The detailed profile also uses one sign-in cookie. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Reply to any email from us or write to connect@finixel.ai. We reply within 7 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
