1.0 Acceptance of Mandate
By accessing the Finixel AI platform (the “Infrastructure”), you acknowledge that you are engaging with a specialized Industrial Discovery environment. This Mandate governs all interactions between the user (“the Operator”) and the Finixel Technical Directorate. Accessing this platform constitutes an agreement to adhere to these Engineering Protocols.
2.0 System Access & Authorization
Operational Eligibility: Access is restricted to entities and individuals engaged in professional engineering, procurement, and industrial sectors.
Credential Integrity: Operators are responsible for the security of their access nodes (passwords/API keys). Any breach of credential integrity must be reported to the Finixel Security Cell immediately.
Prohibited Interference: Any attempt to reverse-engineer the neural logic, bypass discovery perimeters, or inject malicious code into the Finixel framework will result in immediate de-activation and legal escalation.
3.0 Intellectual Property & Sovereign Logic
Platform Sovereignty: All neural frameworks, discovery algorithms, interface ergonomics, and technical dispatches are the exclusive property of Finixel AI.
Operator Intelligence: Any data, project parameters, or technical briefs submitted by the Operator remain their sovereign property. However, Finixel is granted a non-exclusive license to process this data to generate Operational Alpha and platform-specific insights.
4.0 Limits of Technical Liability
Discovery Accuracy: While Finixel AI utilizes high-fidelity logic to facilitate customer discovery, we do not guarantee the commercial solvency or performance of third-party targets identified through the platform.
Systemic Continuity: We strive for Zero-Latency performance; however, Finixel AI is not liable for operational downtime caused by frontier-network disruptions or external infrastructure failures beyond our logical perimeter.
5.0 Strategic Partnerships & Commercial Terms
Engagement Lifecycle: Specific terms for long-term “Business Enablement” partnerships will be governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA).
Subscription Logic: Access to premium discovery tiers is subject to the billing cycles established at the time of Strategic Alignment.
6.0 Governing Jurisdiction
This mandate is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Finixel AI Technical Headquarters is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through Technical Arbitration before entering legal litigation.
7.0 Mandate Evolution
The Directorate reserves the right to calibrate these terms as the industrial landscape and our Neural Logic evolve. Continuous use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Operational Framework.
